Welcome to Artpic Store (artpic.store). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of artworks from our online store. By accessing or ordering from artpic.store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

3. Products and Purchases
- Availability: All artworks (e.g., paintings, prints, digital files) are subject to availability. We or our artists reserve the right to discontinue items or limit quantities without notice.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping costs unless specified. We strive for accuracy but may correct pricing errors, notifying you if they affect your order.
- Payment: We accept credit cards, PayPal. You must provide accurate payment and billing information.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are not binding until we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Digital Art: Digital purchases grant a non-exclusive, personal use license only; resale or redistribution is prohibited.
- Custom Art: Custom orders are final once production begins, subject to artist agreement.

- Ownership: Artworks remain the intellectual property of their creators. Purchases grant ownership of the physical item or a limited digital license, not copyright.

9. Shipping and Delivery
- Responsibility: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.
- Accuracy: You must provide a correct shipping address. Additional costs due to address errors are your responsibility.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to artpic.store or cancel orders at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or other reasons.
