At Artpic Store (artpic.store), we want you to be thrilled with your art purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning items and requesting refunds. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Physical artworks (e.g., paintings, prints) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging or condition as received. Digital art downloads must remain unused (e.g., not downloaded or printed). Items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your order number or receipt to process a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or commissioned artworks, unless defective or not as described.
- Digital art files once downloaded or accessed.
- Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
- Artworks damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@artpic.store or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved. For artist-sold items, we may coordinate with the artist.
- Ship the Item: Package the artwork securely with the RAN included and send it to the address we provide (or the artist’s address, if applicable). You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Tracking: Use a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once we (or the artist) receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days thereafter.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong artwork or defective item).
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the artwork is returned in a condition that doesn’t fully meet eligibility (e.g., minor packaging damage but artwork intact), at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different artwork, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If an artwork arrives damaged (e.g., torn canvas), defective (e.g., printing error), or isn’t what you ordered (e.g., wrong piece), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, subject to availability. For artist-sold items, we’ll work with the artist to resolve the issue.
7. Digital Art Refunds
- Refunds for digital art are only available if the file is inaccessible or corrupted and the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase. Once downloaded, digital art is non-refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us for assistance.
